HOW IT WORKS
SERVICEs INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
OFFICE VISITS
Up to 16 sick or follow-up visits per year including one comprehensive annual wellness exam. Additional office visits will be available if necessary, but may incur a $50 charge per additional visit. These scenarios will be evaluated on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Little River Integrative Medicine.
LABS
Highly discounted lab rates with in-house lab draws.
(example: $3.50 lipid panel)
COMMUNICATION
Direct line of communication to your provider's cell phone for urgent matters.
SICK VISITS
Same day and next day office visits for acute illnesses.
VIRTUAL VISITS
Virtual and telehealth visits are available when appropriate. Whether you are in-town or miles away, we are committed to serving your health needs.

we believe you will be beyond satisfied with your level of care, but in the event of a membership cancellation, a 90 day written notice is required. exceptions can be made for hardships on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of little river integrative medicine.
